Integrity management

An inventory of every file with its hash, permissions and version-control provenance. Three checks per file (dead code, deprecated code, security) that lapse the moment the contents change. Nine rule packs, findings become tasks, a retest closes the task.

Security rounds and key management

Four passes across the admin and the public front end: role checks on more than thirty actions, SQL injection and open endpoints closed, throttling on login. A separate HMAC key for signed links, passwords moved to bcrypt, configuration and logs out of the web root.
