Project and network partners

Beyond hiring, we look for partners where our expertise is complementary to another agency or specialist. Examples:

• Marketing agencies looking for a reliable technical partner for websites, automation and AI implementations.
• Accountants and admin offices who see their clients struggling with repetitive work and want a partner to refer to.
• Other freelance builders for peer-review, knowledge exchange or joining forces on larger projects.
• Domain-specific consultants in healthcare, government or logistics who cover the domain side while we build the IT side.

Training, workshops and advisory

Conversely, we can deliver as well. Bert Altena (25+ years of experience) provides on request:

• Team training: practical sessions on AI tools for SMEs, RPA basics for process managers, or how to write AI content that stands out.
• Strategic advisory: one-off deep dives where we review a process or website together and deliver concrete next steps.
• Sparring sessions: for other freelancers or agency owners stuck on a technical or strategic choice. Often clarified in an hour.
• Content co-creation: guest lectures, podcasts or articles where we produce something valuable for both audiences.

Rates are transparent and always agreed up front. No surprises.

Linkbuilding, guest interviews and knowledge sharing

We do strategic linkbuilding, not swap-for-swap tricks. We are open to:

• Guest articles on RPA, AI or digital transformation on relevant SME or industry blogs.
• Cases and interviews where we openly share our way of working.
• Joint content with partners: video, podcast or written cases about a shared project.
• Resource exchange: we will reference your useful tool, guide or article if it genuinely adds value for our readers.
